Delegated Reporting definition

Delegated Reporting means the services provided by the Reporting Party to the counterparty of the Reporting Party under this Agreement, Client or Fund Manager, as applicable, pursuant to the Delegated Reporting Provisions.

  • You agree to promptly provide all information necessary to compile the Reportable Data to enable us to provide the Delegated Reporting Service.

  • Delegated Regulation means the Commission Delegated Regulationsupplementing Directive 2014/91/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014, once it has entered into force and is directly effective in Ireland;
