IPR Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this IPR Agreement.

• If any provision of this IPR Agreement is so broad as to be unenforceable, the provision shall be interpreted to be only so broad as it is enforceable.

IPR Agreement means the agreements set out in that certain IPR Agreement for Web Services-Interoperability Organization, the form of which is attached hereto as Attachment A, as amended from time to time.
