IPR Agreement means the agreements set out in that certain IPR Agreement for Web Services-Interoperability Organization, the form of which is attached hereto as Attachment A, as amended from time to time.

• This IPR Agreement shall form part of, and be read with, the Agreement, regardless of whether the IPR Agreement is signed concurrent with, or following, the Agreement.

IPR Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this IPR Agreement.
