Delinquent debtor means a Debtor who, together with its affiliates, is the debtor of Delinquent Receivables or Defaulted Receivables the Nominal Amount of which is more than 25% of the aggregate Nominal Amount of all Receivables owing by that Debtor and its affiliates; Delinquent Receivable means a Receivable that is between 61 and 90 days overdue; Deposit Account means a demand, time, savings, passbook or like account with a bank, savings and loan association, credit union or like organization, other than an account evidenced by a negotiable certificate of deposit; Dilution means any reduction or the cancellation, in whole or in part, of the Nominal Amount of a Purchased Receivable by reason of the occurrence of any of the following circumstances:
