Deliverable Due Date definition

Deliverable Due Date means, with respect to a particular deliverable, the date by which such Deliverable (in a final and approved form) is required to be submitted by the MSI to the Employer for all the Modules, as specified in the Work schedule.
Deliverable Due Date. USDS Servicer shall furnish deliverables specified herein in accordance with the delivery schedule and requirements, to the delivery point(s) specified in paragraph b of this section and as further described in Attachments 1a, 2a, and/or 4a or at the Task Order level. i. Deliverable Due Date. As defined by the WVUS’ Producer. Kill Fee: In the event WVUS does not accept the deliverables for publication, the REPORTER shall nevertheless be paid a one-time kill fee in the amount of $200.00. Fees and Expenses: WVUS will pays by the following upon approval, acceptance and mix-time of the deliverable stated above. $450 for 3-4 mins; $650 for 4-6 mins; $750 over 6 mins.
