Deliverable Instruments of Service definition

Deliverable Instruments of Service as used in this Agreement shall mean the drawings, specifications, addendum, attachments, calculations, manuals, reports, official project meeting minutes, project observation reports and/or other information, regardless of medium, identified in and required to be delivered or submitted to the DFCM under this Agreement.

  • Notify A/E of any known fault, known defect, or known deficiency in the Project, including but not limited to acts, errors, omissions, or inconsistencies in A/E’s services and Deliverable Instruments of Service.

  • DFCM’s rights and licenses in and to said Deliverable Instruments of Service are conditioned upon A/E receiving all sums related to DFCM approved deliverables due under this Agreement.

  • DESIGNER, for a period of three (3) years after completion of the Project, agrees to furnish and to provide access to all the aforesaid Deliverable Instruments of Service upon the request of GSD.

  • GSD’s use on other projects, GSD’s re-use, or GSD’s modification of the Deliverable Instruments of Service shall be at GSD’s sole risk and without recourse against DESIGNER, its Subconsultants at any tier, and their principals, agents and employees.

  • Under no circumstances shall DESIGNER be indemnified for the use of the Deliverable Instruments of Service for the Project that is the subject of this Agreement.

  • DESIGNER hereby grants GSD a nonexclusive license for governmental purposes to any copyrighted portion of Deliverable Instruments of Service.

  • A/E hereby grants DFCM a nonexclusive license for governmental purposes to any copyrighted portion of Deliverable Instruments of Service.

  • A/E, for a period of three (3) years after completion of the Project, agrees to furnish and to provide access to all the aforesaid Deliverable Instruments of Service upon the request of DFCM.

  • Under no circumstances shall A/E be indemnified for the use of the Deliverable Instruments of Service for the Project that is the subject of this Agreement.

  • GSD’s rights and licenses in and to said Deliverable Instruments of Service are conditioned upon DESIGNER receiving all sums related to GSD approved deliverables due under this Agreement.

Related to Deliverable Instruments of Service

  • Eligible Instruments means monetary assets, money market instruments and securities that are payable in Dollars only and essentially risk free as to collection of principal and interest, including U.S. Government Obligations.

  • negotiable instrument means a Written document, that:

  • Service Instructions means such instructions given to the Bank via any Telephone Banking Service;

  • Conditionally Transferable Obligation means a Valuation Obligation that is either Transferable, in the case of Bonds, or capable of being assigned or novated to all Modified Eligible Transferees without the consent of any person being required, in the case of any Valuation Obligation other than Bonds, in each case, as of the Valuation Date, provided, however, that a Valuation Obligation other than Bonds will be a Conditionally Transferable Obligation notwithstanding that consent of the Reference Entity or the guarantor, if any, of a Valuation Obligation other than Bonds (or the consent of the relevant obligor if the Reference Entity is guaranteeing such Valuation Obligation) or any agent is required for such novation, assignment or transfer so long as the terms of such Valuation Obligation provide that such consent may not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Any requirement that notification of novation, assignment or transfer of a Valuation Obligation be provided to a trustee, fiscal agent, administrative agent, clearing agent or paying agent for a Valuation Obligation shall not be considered to be a requirement for consent for purposes of Section 3.32(b).

  • Deliverable Obligation Characteristics means Not Subordinated, Specified Currency, Not Contingent, Assignable Loan, Consent Required Loan, Transferable, Not Bearer, Maximum Maturity – 30 years.

  • Trade Instruments means any performance bonds, advance payment bonds or documentary letters of credit issued in respect of the obligations of any member of the Group arising in the ordinary course of trading of that member of the Group.

  • Prepaid wireless calling service means a telecommunications service:

  • Fully Transferable Obligation means a Valuation Obligation that is either Transferable, in the case of Bonds, or capable of being assigned or novated to all Eligible Transferees without the consent of any person being required, in the case of any Valuation Obligation other than Bonds, in each case, as of the Valuation Date. Any requirement that notification of novation, assignment or transfer of a Valuation Obligation be provided to a trustee, fiscal agent, administrative agent, clearing agent or paying agent for a Valuation Obligation shall not be considered to be a requirement for consent for purposes of Section 3.31.

  • SAP Delivered Support means SAP’s support offering to directly provide support to End Users subject to the terms and conditions set out in the EUMA.

  • public service obligation means any obligation imposed upon air carriers to ensure on a specified route the minimum provision of scheduled air services satisfying fixed standards of continuity, regularity, pricing and minimum capacity which air carriers would not assume if they were solely considering their commercial interest. Air carriers may be compensated by the Party concerned for fulfilling public service obligations;

  • Educator practice instrument means an assessment tool that provides: scales or dimensions that capture competencies of professional performance; and differentiation of a range of professional performance as described by the scales, which must be shown in practice and/or research studies. The scores from educator practice instruments for teaching staff members other than teachers, Principals, Vice Principals, and Assistant Principals may be applied to the teaching staff member’s summative evaluation rating in a manner determined by the school district.

  • Registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database means that—

  • variable insurance contract means a contract of life insurance under which the interest of the purchaser is valued for purposes of conversion or surrender by reference to the value of a proportionate interest in a specified portfolio of assets.

  • Deliverable Obligation Category means Bond or Loan.

  • payment service user means a natural or legal person making use of a payment service in the capacity of either payer or payee, or both;

  • Child in need of services means (i) a child whose behavior, conduct or condition presents or results

  • Service obligation means the contractual obligation undertaken by an individual under section 2705 or section 2707 to provide health care services for a determinable time period at a site designated by the department.

  • Assumed Servicing Liability means any Liabilities with respect to any Serviced Appointments (or Serviced Corporate Trust Contracts) that arise out of or relate to facts, circumstances, actions, omissions and/or events occurring from and after the Closing and prior to the applicable Succession Time for such Serviced Appointment; provided that Assumed Servicing Liability shall not include any Liabilities that arise out of or relate to facts, circumstances, actions, omissions and/or events with respect to any Retained Duties or any matters for which Seller or any of its Affiliates is responsible pursuant to Section 3.9.

  • Service/s has the meaning set forth in letter D. of the Preamble.

  • Preexisting Account means a Financial Account maintained by a Reporting Financial Institution as of June 30, 2014.

  • contract of service means any agreement, whether oral or in writing and whether express or implied, whereby one person agrees to employ another as an employee and that other agrees to serve his employer as an employee and includes an apprenticeship contract;

  • Self-service display means the open display or storage of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia in a manner that is physically accessible in any way to the general public without the assistance of the retailer or employee of the retailer and a direct person-to-person transfer between the purchaser and the retailer or employee of the retailer. A vending machine is a form of Self-Service Display.

  • payment service means any business activity set out in Annex I;

  • Service-disabled veteran-owned business means a service-disabled veteran-owned business located in the State of Tennessee that satisfies the criteria in Tenn. Code. Ann. § 12-3-1102(8). "Service-disabled veteran" means any person who served honorably in active duty in the armed forces of the United States with at least a twenty percent (20%) disability that is service-connected, i.e., the disability was incurred or aggravated in the line of duty in the active military, naval or air service.

  • Class of Service means the various categories of service generally available to customers, such as business or residence.
