net power means the power obtained on a test bench at the end of the crankshaft or its equivalent at the corresponding engine or motor speed with the auxiliaries, tested in accordance with Annex XX (Measurements of net power and the maximum 30 minutes power of electric drive train), and determined under reference atmospheric conditions;
Active Power has the meaning given to it in the Grid Code;
Station Power means energy used for operating the electric equipment on the site of a generation facility located in the PJM Region or for the heating, lighting, air-conditioning and office equipment needs of buildings on the site of such a generation facility that are used in the operation, maintenance, or repair of the facility. Station Power does not include any energy (i) used to power synchronous condensers; (ii) used for pumping at a pumped storage facility; (iii) used in association with restoration or black start service; or (iv) that is Direct Charging Energy. Surplus Interconnection Customer:
Market power means the ability to impose on customers a sustained price for a product or service above the price that would prevail in a competitive market.
Member in Good Standing means a member in service who is not subject to removal by the employing city of the member pursuant to section 400.18 or 400.19, or other comparable process, and who is not the subject of an investigation that could lead to such removal. Except as specifically provided pursuant to section 411.9, a person who is restored to active service for purposes of applying for a pension under this chapter is not a member in good standing.
relevant power means any power, whether exercisable by voting or otherwise and whether excisable alone or in association with others-
Reactive Power means the wattless component of the product of voltage and current, which the Facility shall provide to or absorb from the Grid System within the Technical Limits and which is measured in MVAR;
Infirm Power means electricity injected into the grid prior to the commercial operation of a unit or block of the generating station;
Successor Delaware Trustee has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(e).
Solar Power means power generated from the Solar Photovoltaic Power Project;
Delivered Energy means the kilowatt hours of Electricity actually fed and measured by the energy meters at the Delivery Point and as certified by SLDC/MSEDCL authorities.
Road authority means each governmental agency with jurisdiction over public streets and highways. Road authority includes the department, any other state agency, and intergovernmental, county, city, and village governmental agencies responsible for the construction, repair, and maintenance of streets and highways. When a street railway operates or seeks to operate a street railway system over public streets and highways over which more than 1 road authority possesses jurisdiction, road authority includes each road authority with jurisdiction over public streets and highways upon which the street railway operates or seeks to operate a street railway system.
Member-managed limited liability company means a limited liability company that is not a manager-managed limited liability company.
Foreign limited liability company means an unincorporated entity formed under the law of a jurisdiction other than this state and denominated by that law as a limited liability company.

Investor-owned utility means a company owned by investors
Operating Company Number (OCN means the numeric Company Code assigned by NECA identifying CLEC as a Resale or UNE provider.
In good standing means a person who has not resigned or been suspended from membership or registration or had membership or registration revoked;
Authorized Authority means, in relation to any person, transaction or event, any: (A) federal, provincial, municipal or local governmental body (whether administrative, legislative, executive or otherwise), both domestic and foreign; (B) agency, authority, commission, instrumentality, regulatory body, court, central bank or other entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, taxing, regulatory or administrative powers or functions of or pertaining to government; (C) court, arbitrator, commission or body exercising judicial, quasi-judicial, administrative or similar functions; and (D) other body or entity created under the authority of or otherwise subject to the jurisdiction of any of the foregoing, including any stock or other securities exchange, in each case having jurisdiction over such person, transaction or event; and
Addition (to an existing building means an extension or increase in the floor area or height of a building or structure.
Power boiler means a boiler in which steam or other vapor is generated at a pressure of more than 15 psig for use external to itself or a boiler in which water is heated and intended for operation at pressures in excess of 160 psig and/or temperatures in excess of 250 degrees F by the direct application of energy from the combustion of fuels or from electricity, solar or nuclear energy.
Successor Person has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.03(b)(i).
maximum net power means the highest value of the net power on the nominal full-load power curve for the engine type;
designated authority means such authority as may be notified by the Commissioner;
