Delivery Body definition

Delivery Body means the person from time to time responsible pursuant to section 12(1) of the EA 2013 for notifying the CfD Counterparty to offer and enter into FiT Contracts for Difference, acting in that capacity;
Delivery Body means the body appointed by the parties to run the day-to-day operation of the Project, in this case referred to as CoL throughout this document.

  • Staff costs as set out in the SAMM Strategy will be increased in line with any annual pay increase and changes to pension and national insurance contributions required by the Delivery Body.
