Place of Loading definition

Place of Loading means a place at which the Cargo is accepted for Transportation and which is indicated in the Forwarding Order and CMR Consignment Note.
Place of Loading means a place outside the common customs area where the cargo is loaded on board a vehicle for carriage to a place of discharge in the Republic;
