Delivery Expense definition
Delivery Expense means any taxes (including, for the avoidance of doubt, stamp duty), costs, losses and expenses incurred by the Issuer in connection with its obligations under Condition 8
Delivery Expense means any expense, depositary charges, transaction or exercise charges, stamp duty, stamp duty reserve tax and/or other Taxes or duties, that arise from the delivery and/or transfer of any Underlying or Basket Component.
Examples of Delivery Expense in a sentence
Any sums due TENANT as a Late Delivery Expense under this section shall be offset against the next Monthly Basic Rent and Additional Rent coming due in an amount equal to the Late Delivery Expense.
