Delivery of Securities. The Custodian shall release and deliver securities owned by the Trust held by the Custodian or in a Securities System account of the Custodian or in the Custodian's Direct Paper book entry system account ("Direct Paper System Account") only upon receipt of Proper Instructions, which may be continuing instructions when deemed appropriate by the parties, and only in following cases:

Examples of Delivery of Securities in a sentence

  • Delivery of Securities out of the Custody Account may also be made in any manner specifically required by Instructions acceptable to the Bank.

  • Subordinated Securities means Securities that by the terms established pursuant to Subsection 2.3(9) are subordinated in right of payment to Senior Indebtedness of the Issuer.

  • ETP Securities means the Series of ETP Securities to which these Conditions relates or, as the context may require, any or all securities issued by the Issuer under the Programme.

  • Offeror’s Securities means Voting Shares Beneficially Owned by an Offeror on the date of the Offer to Acquire;

  • Redemption and Paying Agent Agreement means, with respect to any Series, the Redemption and Paying Agent Agreement or other similarly titled agreement by and among the Redemption and Paying Agent for such Series and the Fund with respect to such Series.

  • Redemption Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the redemption of Units in Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.

  • Registered Securities will have the same meaning as set forth in the Purchase Agreement.

  • Series A Securities means the Company's Series A 9 3/8% Junior Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures due May 1, 2028 as authenticated and issued under this Indenture.

  • Index Securities means Securities of those companies which are at the relevant time the constituent companies of the Index, any Securities used to track the performance of such Securities constituting the Index at the relevant time or such other Securities designated by the Manager.
