Delivery Recipient definition

Delivery Recipient means, with respect to UberRUSH, the intended recipient of goods being delivered by you in connection with your Delivery Services.

  • As part of your provision of Combined Services, you understand and agree that you shall timely submit a valid copy of the itemized Merchant receipt evidencing the amount spent for the items pre-authorized by the Delivery Recipient and confirm prices, in the Driver App or as otherwise indicated by us.

  • You acknowledge and agree that: (a) your geo-location information may be obtained by the Uber Services while the Provider App is running; and (b) your approximate location will be displayed to the User and Delivery Recipient before and during the provision of Delivery Services to the User.
