Deluxe Group definition

Deluxe Group means Deluxe and each Affiliate of Deluxe (or any predecessor organization thereof), but not including eFunds or iDLX.

Examples of Deluxe Group in a sentence

  • Deluxe Health and Welfare Plans" means the health and welfare plans listed on Schedule 1 established and maintained by Deluxe for the benefit of employees and retirees of the Deluxe Group.

  • Deluxe WCP" means the Deluxe Workers' Compensation Program, comprised of the various arrangements established by a member of the Deluxe Group to comply with the workers, compensation requirements of the states in which the Deluxe Group conducts business.

  • In all such instances in which Deluxe is referred to in this Agreement, it shall also be deemed to include a reference to each member of the Deluxe Group, unless it specifically provides otherwise; Deluxe shall be solely responsible to eFunds for ensuring that each member of the Deluxe Group complies with the applicable terms of this Agreement.

  • In addition, nothing in this Agreement or the Distribution Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement should be construed to change the at-will status of any of the employees of the Deluxe Group or the eFunds Group or iDLX.

  • Each of Deluxe and eFunds shall cause to be performed, and hereby guarantee the performance of, any and all actions of the Deluxe Group or the eFunds Group and iDLX, respectively.

  • Civil works under the EFA-FTI Program has been handled by a well qualified civil works engineer and assistants.

  • Deluxe Health Plans" means all medical, pharmaceutical, vision and dental plans, programs or arrangements listed on Schedule 1 maintained by Deluxe for the benefit of the Deluxe Group.

  • This bug is transmitted easily among water bodies and is also drug resistant.

Related to Deluxe Group

  • MNE Group means any Group that (i) includes two or more enterprises the tax residences of which are in different jurisdictions, or includes an enterprise that is resident for tax purposes in one jurisdiction and is subject to tax with respect to the business carried out through a permanent establishment in another jurisdiction, and (ii) is not an Excluded MNE Group;

  • DBS Group means DBS Bank Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, branches and related companies.

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.
