Deluxe Package or “Don’t Worry” service, Renter eliminates erases completely his participation to the economic damage suffered by the Lessor. Notwithstanding the provisions of points c), d), e), f), in the event of total or partial theft or damage from attempted theft in the regions of Campania, Puglia and in the Municipality of Catania, regardless of the rental start station, Renter participates to the economic damage suffered by Lessor for the amount indicated as “Theft excess in Campania, Puglia, Municipality of Catania” in the Special Rental Conditions and on the frontispiece of the rental agreement. Damages are qualified and quantified according to the “Locauto Rent Damage Rate Table”, available on the Lessor website ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and in hard copy at each rental location, whose rates and application procedures are part of this contract. Where such qualification and quantification is not possible, Lessor charges the amount specifically estimated, upon previous notification to Renter. Lessor reserves the right not to repair the vehicle immediately if the damage caused by Renter don’t compromise its functionality. All of the above relating to the Renter's participation in the economic damage suffered by the Lessor is not valid where art. 10 applies.
