Demand Customer Delivery Point definition

Demand Customer Delivery Point means a delivery point for which:
Demand Customer Delivery Point means a Delivery Point which has been assigned to a Demand Tariff or a Volume Tariff which includes a Demand Charge and as set out in the Demand Customer List;

Examples of Demand Customer Delivery Point in a sentence

  • Contributions will be charged in accordance with Council’s Schedule 1 of this as adopted by Council.

  • If a Force Majeure Event affecting ActewAGL occurs and prevents ActewAGL from performing its obligations to the User in respect of a Demand Customer Delivery Point, the Demand Charge for any Delivery Point to which ActewAGL was unable to deliver Gas to the MDQ for that Delivery Point will, for any period during which ActewAGL is unable to deliver Gas to the MDQ, be calculated by reference to the actual amount withdrawn each Day at that Delivery Point.

  • If a Force Majeure Event affecting the Service Provider occurs and prevents the Service Provider from performing its obligations to the User in respect of a Demand Customer Delivery Point, the Demand Charge for any Delivery Point to which the Service Provider was unable to deliver Gas to the MDQ for that Delivery Point will, for any period during which the Service Provider is unable to deliver Gas to the MDQ, be calculated by reference to the actual amount withdrawn each Day at that Delivery Point.

  • Volume Customer Delivery Point and Demand Customer Delivery Point means a Delivery Point which has been assigned to the Volume Tariff and Demand Tariff customer groups respectively.

  • If a Force Majeure Event affecting JGN occurs and prevents JGN from performing its obligations to the Userunder this Agreement in respect of a Demand Customer Delivery Point, the Demand Charge for any Delivery Point to which JGN was unable to deliver Gas to the MDQ for that Delivery Point will, for any period during which JGN is unable to deliver Gas to the MDQ, be calculated by reference to the actual amount withdrawn each Day at that Delivery Point.

  • The Parties agree that for each Demand Customer Delivery Point for which no ELMS Data has been provided Evoenergy, acting reasonably, is entitled to curtail delivery of Gas to that Delivery Point or request that a User or Customer cease withdrawing, taking or using Gas at that Delivery Point at any level or to any Quantity it deems appropriate in its discretion and without taking into account the Load available to be reduced or ceased at any Load Shedding Priority at any other Delivery Point.

  • If the user accepts our abolishment offer we must abolish the delivery point in accordance with our offer.If a user requests to have a Demand Customer Delivery Point disconnected, we must, as soon as practicable (and in any event within 15 days), provide the user with two options for disconnection, including a statement of the Ancillary Charge of performing the disconnection and a timeframe for performing the works in respect of each option.

  • This should be redrafted to reflect JGN’s stated intention, thus: Subject to clauses 4.5(d) and 4.6, the Chargeable Demand for a Demand Customer Delivery Point for any Day must be equal to the greater of:(i) the MDQ for that Delivery Point; and (ii) ten times the MHQ for that Delivery Point.

  • If a Force Majeure Event affecting ActewAGLEvoenergy occurs and prevents ActewAGLEvoenergy from performing its obligations to the Userunder this Agreement in respect of a Demand Customer Delivery Point, the Demand Charge for any Delivery Point to which ActewAGLEvoenergy was unable to deliver Gas to the MDQ for that Delivery Point will, for any period during which ActewAGLEvoenergy is unable to deliver Gas to the MDQ, be calculated by reference to the actual amount withdrawn each Day at that Delivery Point.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.
