Dependent Care Service Provider definition

Dependent Care Service Provider means a person who provides care or other dependent care services, which qualify for the federal tax credit under Code Section 21, but shall not include: (a) a dependent care center (as defined in Code Section 21(b)(2)(D)) unless the requirements of Code Section 21(b)(2)(C) are satisfied; or (b) a related individual as described in Code Section 129(c).
Dependent Care Service Provider. (for purposes of this Section IX) means:
Dependent Care Service Provider means a person who provides care or other services described in Section 2.10, but shall not include (a) a dependent care center (as defined inCode Section 21(b)(2)(D)), unless the requirements of Code Section 21(b)(2)(C) are satisfied, or a related individual described in Code Section 129(c).

  • Dependent Care Service Provider A person who provides care or other services described in the “Dependent Care Expenses” definition above, but that shall not include: (i) a dependent care center (as defined in Section 21(b)(2)(D) of the Code), unless the requirements of Section 21(b)(2)(C) of the Code are satisfied; or (ii) a related individual described in Section 129(c) of the Code.

Dependent Care Service Provider means a person who provides care or other services contemplated in subsection (b) above, but shall not include (i) a dependent care center (as defined in Section 21(b)(2)(D) of the Code) unless the requirements of Section 21(b) of the Code are satisfied or (ii) certain related individuals described in Section 129(c) of the Code.
