Examples of Dependent Care Service Provider in a sentence
Dependent Care Expenses are expenses incurred by a Participant which (a) are incurred to enable the Participant to be gainfully employed for any period during which the Participant has one or more dependents, (b) are paid or payable to a Dependent Care Service Provider, and (c) are incurred for the care of a dependent of the Participant or for related household services that include the care of the dependent.
The Plan Administrator may, at its option, pay any Dependent Care Expense directly to the Dependent Care Service Provider in lieu of reimbursing the Participant.
If the Participant has a Loss of Coverage under the DFSA, the Participant may revoke their election under the DFSA and, in lieu thereof, either make a new election under the DFSA to receive coverage through another Dependent Care Service Provider or drop coverage under the DFSA.
A Participant may make a prospective election change that is on account of and corresponds with a change by the Participant in a Dependent Care Service Provider (as defined in Section 8.02).
Eligible Dependent Care Expenses means expenses incurred for the care of a Dependent (as defined in Section 8.4.(a)) of a Participant (or for related household services) during a period of participation in this Component Plan to enable the Participant to be gainfully employed and that are payable to a Dependent Care Service Provider (as defined in Section 8.4.(b)).
