Dependent Business Loss that the Insured Organisation sustains as a result of a Dependent Security Breach or a Dependent System Failure that the Insured first discovers during the Policy Period.
The period beginning after the expiration of the Waiting Period and continues until 90 days after the date and time that the Insured Company’s business operations are restored, or could have been restored had the Insured acted with due diligence and dispatch, to the condition that existed immediately prior to the Cyber Breach Event, System Failure, Dependent Business Interruption or Dependent System Failure.
