Deposit Property definition

Deposit Property means property which, in compliance with the provisions of the relevant Trust Agreement, must be transferred by the Authorized Participant to the relevant Trust in exchange for that Trust’s Shares.
Deposit Property means Digital Assets that are, in compliance with the provisions of the Trust Agreement and these Procedures, transferred by the Depositor to the Custodian to effectuate Orders.
Deposit Property means Bitcoins that are, in compliance with the provisions of the Trust Agreement and these Procedures, transferred by the Depositor to the Custodian to effectuate Orders.

  • The Authorized Participant will not, however, be responsible for costs incurred by the Trust, the Transfer Agent, the Sponsor, or the Custodian related to cancelled Orders where the failure to transfer Deposit Property to the Trust is due to the gross negligence, bad faith, or reckless or willful misconduct of the Transfer Agent, the Sponsor, or the Custodian.
