Depositor Eligible Lender Trust Agreement definition

Depositor Eligible Lender Trust Agreement means the Eligible Lender Trust Agreement, dated as of May 1, 2002, between Depositor and the Depositor Eligible Lender Trustee, not in its individual capacity, but solely in its capacity as eligible lender trustee on behalf of the Depositor, and its successor and assigns, as amended or restated from time to time.
Depositor Eligible Lender Trust Agreement means the Eligible Lender Trust Agreement dated as of ___________, 20__ between the Depositor and the Depositor Eligible Lender Trustee, as originally executed and as from time to time amended or supplemented.
Depositor Eligible Lender Trust Agreement means, with respect to each Securitization Transaction, the eligible lender trust agreement between the Depositor and the Depositor Eligible Lender Trustee, as amended or modified from time to time.

Related to Depositor Eligible Lender Trust Agreement

  • Interim Eligible Lender Trustee shall also mean each successor Interim Eligible Lender Trustee as of the qualification of such Interim Eligible Lender Trustee under the Interim Trust Agreement.

  • Eligible Lender Trustee shall also mean each successor Eligible Lender Trustee as of the qualification of such successor as Eligible Lender Trustee under the Trust Agreement.

  • Master Trust Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, dated as of May 8, 2019, between Verizon ABS II LLC, as depositor, and the Master Trust Owner Trustee, as amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time.

  • Titling Trust Agreement means the Amended and Restated Trust and Servicing Agreement, dated as of August 26, 1998, among NILT Trust, as the Grantor and the UTI Beneficiary, the Servicer, the Delaware Trustee, the Titling Trustee and the Trust Agent.

  • Note A-4 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-4 PSA.

  • Note A-1 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-1 PSA.

  • Collateral Trust Agreement means that certain Collateral Trust Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, by and among Collateral Trustee and Lenders, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Liquidation Trust Agreement means the Liquidation Trust Agreement to be dated as of the Effective Date establishing the terms and conditions of the Liquidation Trust, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Note A-2 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-2 PSA.

  • Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust created in connection with the Lead Securitization.

  • Class A Trust Agreement means the Basic Agreement, as supplemented by Trust Supplement No. 2015-1A thereto, dated as of the date hereof, governing the creation and administration of the American Airlines Pass Through Trust 2015-1A and the issuance of the Class A Certificates, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust into which any Non-Lead Securitization Note is deposited.

  • Master Trust Trustee means the entity acting as trustee under the applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Liquidating Trust Agreement means an agreement evidencing the terms and provisions governing a Liquidating Trust that shall be entered into prior to the establishment of such Liquidating Trust and pursuant to which a Liquidating Trustee shall manage and administer Liquidating Trust Assets.

  • Class B Trust Agreement means the Basic Agreement, as supplemented by the Trust Supplement No. 2016-1B thereto, governing the creation and administration of the United Airlines Pass Through Trust 2016-1B and the issuance of the Class B Certificates, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.

  • Note A-3 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-3 PSA.

  • Note A-4 Master Servicer means the master servicer under the Note A-4 PSA.

  • Note A-2 Master Servicer means the master servicer under the Note A-2 PSA.

  • Note A-3 Master Servicer means the master servicer under the Note A-3 PSA.

  • Owner Trustee Fee means an annual fee equal to $3,000, payable on the Payment Date occurring in May of each year, commencing in May 2020.

  • Vehicle Trust Agreement means that certain amended and restated trust agreement, dated as of September 27, 1996, as further amended as of May 25, 2000 and December 1, 2006 between BMW Manufacturing L.P., as grantor and initial beneficiary, and BNY Mellon Trust of Delaware, formerly known as The Bank of New York (Delaware), as trustee.

  • Basic Pass Through Trust Agreement means the Pass Through Trust Agreement, dated October 3, 2012, between Owner and Pass Through Trustee, but does not include any Trust Supplement.

  • Trust Agreement means the Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, between the Seller and the Owner Trustee, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Note A-1 Trustee means the trustee under the Note A-1 PSA.

  • Note A-1 Master Servicer means the master servicer under the Note A-1 PSA.

  • Custodial P&I Account The Custodial P&I Account, as defined in each of the Servicing Agreements, with respect to the Mortgage Loans. In determining whether the Custodial P&I Account under any Servicing Agreement is "acceptable" to the Master Servicer (as may be required by the definition of "Eligible Account" contained in the Servicing Agreements), the Master Servicer shall require that any such account shall be acceptable to each of the Rating Agencies. Custodian: Initially, the Trustee, and thereafter the Custodian, if any, hereafter appointed by the Trustee pursuant to Section 8.13, or its successor in interest under the Custodial Agreement. The Custodian may (but need not) be the Trustee or any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control of the Trustee. Neither a Servicer, nor the Seller nor the Master Servicer nor any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control with any such Person may be appointed Custodian.
