Depository Account Bank definition

Depository Account Bank means a financial institution at which a Depository Account is maintained.
Depository Account Bank. The national banking association or other depository institution at which a Depository Account is maintained. Designated Account Property: The Designated Accounts, all cash, investments, Financial Assets, securities and investment property held from time to time in any Designated Account (whether in the form of deposit accounts, Physical Property, book-entry securities, Uncertificated Securities or otherwise), including the Reserve Account Initial Deposit and the Class N Reserve Account Initial Deposit, and all proceeds of the foregoing but excluding all Investment Earnings thereon.
Depository Account Bank means BankBoston or any successor bank acceptable to the Lender.

  • Depository Account includes any commercial, checking, savings, time, or thrift account, or an account that is evidenced by a certificate of deposit, thrift certificate, investment certificate, certificate of indebtedness, or other similar instrument maintained by a Financial Institution in the ordinary course of a banking or similar business. A Depository Account also includes an amount held by an insurance company pursuant to a guaranteed investment contract or similar agreement to pay or credit interest thereon.
