Deputy Board Member definition

Deputy Board Member means at any time a person appointed and holding office as a Deputy to a Board Member;
Deputy Board Member means a deputy member of the Board appointed pursuant to Clause 3.6;

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
