Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.
Service Descriptions means user manuals and other documentation relating to the Services that are made available to Customer by Provider in digital or hardcopy form, as updated from time to time.
Subsystem means any subset of the System identified as such in the Contract that may be supplied, installed, tested, and commissioned individually before Commissioning of the entire System.
Project Description means the document that describes the Project's Reduction activities and that uses either the VCS Project Description Template or the project description template specified by the relevant Approved GHG Program;
Product Description means the description of each Hospitality Package, or series of Hospitality Packages which are the subject of any Confirmation of Purchase.
Service or Element Description Recurring Charges:
Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.
Use of System Agreement means an agreement or arrangement between us and a Distribution Network Operator governing our use of their Distribution System to provide the Supply;
911 system means the set of network, database and customer premise equipment (CPE) components required to provide 911 service.
MERS(R) System The system of recording transfers of Mortgages electronically maintained by MERS.
Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.
System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.
Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.
Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.
Model shall refer to a particular brand of Vehicle sold by an OEM (e.g., Taurus, Tahoe, Grand Caravan).
Staff Vetting Procedure means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.
Service Animal means an animal that is required by a person with a disability for assistance and is certified, in writing, as having been trained by a professional service animal institution to assist a person with a disability and which is properly harnessed in accordance with standards established by a professional service animal institution.
Routine use means the disclosure of a record without the consent of the subject or subjects, for a purpose which is compatible with the purpose for which the record was collected. It includes disclosures required to be made by statute other than the public records law, Iowa Code chapter 22.
Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.
Computer Hardware and Software means all of each Loan Party’s and each of its Subsidiary’s rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (a) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (b) all software and all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (a) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (c) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (d) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (a), (b) and (c) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.
General-Purpose Software means Software that supports general-purpose office and software development activities and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be General-Purpose Software. Such General- Purpose Software may include, but is not restricted to, word processing, spreadsheet, generic database management, and application development software.
Maintenance and Support means updates, upgrades, patches, fixes, etc. and technical support provided for the Products and Services that Supplier is required to provide directly to DXC or a DXC Customer.
Database means the Commercial Driver Alcohol and Drug Testing Database of the Office of Driver Services of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.
SDX System means the system used by NERC to exchange system data.
Analytical x-ray system means a group of components utilizing x-rays to determine the elemental composition or to examine the microstructure of materials.
