Central Plant definition
Central Plant means the equipment, fixtures, piping, wiring, machinery, and all other items of personal property comprising the plant for chilled and hot water production and circulation, and electricity generation and transmission, currently being constructed in the basement of the Center in the Central Plant Space and on the Cooling Tower Parcel.
Central Plant means the on-site central plant to be governed by a central plant agreement that will be executed in the future.

Central Plant means the "Electric Substation" and the "HVAC Space", as each such term is defined in the Cooperation Agreement.
