DESFA Shipper definition

DESFA Shipper means a network user delivering Gas in the NNGTS at the Entry Point, having a GTA with DESFA.
DESFA Shipper means a Person delivering/receiving Gas at the IP, as the case may be, having a GTA with DESFA. (being a person referred to as a ‘Network User in Regulation (EC) 715/2009).
