New Shipper definition

New Shipper means a Shipper that is not a Regular Shipper.
New Shipper means a Shipper that is not a Regular Shipper or a Volume Discount Shipper. Unless the New Shipper becomes a Volume Discount Shipper by signing a (i) VIP Pipeage Contract in accordance with Item 150 (Take or Pay Volume Incentive Programs), or (ii) new facilities volume commitment agreement pursuant to Item 155 (New Facilities Commitment Programs), a New Shipper shall remain a New Shipper for twelve (12) consecutive months, with such twelve-consecutive-month period commencing during the first month that Shipper Tenders Ethylene for shipment on the Pipeline System. At the end of this twelve-consecutive-month-period, a New Shipper becomes a Regular Shipper.
New Shipper means any Shipper who is not a Regular Shipper or a Committed Shipper.

More Definitions of New Shipper

New Shipper means a Shipper that has not delivered Crude Petroleum to any Destination on the Pipeline Segment to be prorationed within the Base Period. A Shipper that becomes a New Shipper shall remain one for the following 12 consecutive months.
New Shipper means an Uncommitted Shipper that is not a Regular Shipper.
New Shipper means (1) a Shipper which does not qualify as a Regular Shipper but does satisfy the shipping requirements of West Shore’s Rules and Regulations Tariff.
