Design Capability definition

Design Capability means the maximum amount of electric power that the materials, equipment and structures comprising the HVDC Transmission Project will be designed to transfer bi-directionally in a safe and reliable manner, which amount shall be sufficient to permit the north-to-south delivery of all amounts scheduled for delivery in an aggregate amount of at least 1,090 MW, but not to exceed 1,200 MW, of electrical energy at the Delivery Point.
Design Capability means Design Dmax, Design Cmax, and Design Storage Energy.

  • On or promptly after the Initial Synchronization Date, Resource Provider shall conduct the initial Performance Tests on the Facility to, among other things, verify that each Capability of the Facility will meet or exceed the corresponding Design Capability, and the provisions of paragraphs (a), (b), and (c) of Section 6.9 (Supply Period Performance Tests) shall apply mutatis mutandis to such tests (the “Initial Performance Tests”).

  • Design-build means a project delivery method in which the detailed design and subsequent construction is provided through a single contract with a Design-Build firm; a team, partnership, or legal entity that includes design professionals and a builder. The Design-Build Project delivery shall be implemented in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code § 2166.2531.2

  • Potential electrical output capacity means, with regard to a unit, 33 per- cent of the maximum design heat input of the unit.

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

Non- firm AFC is determined with appropriate firm and non-firm reservations (or interchange schedules) modeled.

  • Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.

  • Design Manual means the MOHLTC design manual or manuals in effect and applicable to the development, upgrade, retrofit, renovation or redevelopment of the Home or Beds subject to this Agreement.

  • Outputs means the goods or services that are produced by an entity or other person;

  • Design Change is a change in work and/or materials shown in the Schedule of Items and described in Plans or specifications that has been mutually agreed to in writing or ordered by Contracting Officer. Changes of a minor nature (such as adjustment in horizontal and vertical alignment, that do not exceed specified tolerance, necessary to maintain or balance earthwork quantities substantially as designed) and variation in quantities, as described in B5.251, shall not be considered Design Changes.
