Design Firm(s) definition

Design Firm(s) means the firm(s) engaged by the Design-Builder to design the Project, as described in the Respondent’s Response and as may be changed pursuant to this RFQ.
Design Firm(s) means the firm(s) engaged by the Design-Builder to design the Project, as identified in the Proponent’s RFQ Response and as may have been changed pursuant to the RFQ or as may be changed pursuant to this RFP.
Design Firm(s) means the firm(s) engaged by the Design-Builder to design the Project and as may be changed pursuant to this RFP.
