The Design for Construction shall include, but shall not necessarily be limited to, plans and specifications which describe with specificity all systems, elements, details, components, materials, equipment, and other information necessary for construction.
The Preliminary Design and the Design for Construction shall become and be the sole property of the Owner.
Neither the Preliminary Design nor the Design for Construction are intended by the Architect for use on other projects by the Owner or others.

In preparing the Design for Construction, the Architect shall retain an experienced, qualified geotechnical consultant to evaluate all geotechnical considerations relating to the design and construction of the Project.
