Design Start definition

Design Start means the earlier of any of the following; (i) the date that LICENSEE first synthesises the Synthesisable RTL for an ARM Compliant Product; (ii) the date that LICENSEE enters into a contract with a third party for the design of an ARM Compliant Product; or (iii) the date that LICENSEE delivers any ARM Technology or derivatives thereof, to a Customer pursuant to the licenses granted in this Annex 1.
Design Start means the start of the design of a Product as evidenced by the execution of a Statement of Work applicable thereto by the Parties.
Design Start means the award by HRSD of an engineering agreement or amendment for Final Design of the major project or project grouping.

  • Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.
