Designated Airlines definition

Designated Airlines means an airline or airlines that have been designated and authorized in accordance with Article 3 of this Agreement;
Designated Airlines means the air transport enterprises which the aeronautical authorities of one of the Contracting Parties have notified in writing to the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Party as being the airlines designated by it for the operation of the specified air services. The Annex to this Agreement shall be deemed to be part of the Agreement and all references to the "Agreement" shall include reference to the Annex, except where otherwise expressly provided.
Designated Airlines means an airline authorized by the Aeronautical Authorities of one of the Parties, in accordance with Article 3 of this Agreement;

  • Each Contracting Party may require notification or filling of Tar iffs proposed by the Designated Airline(s) of both Contracting Partiesfor carriage to or from its Territory.

  • The tariffs referred to in paragraph 1of this Article may be agreed by the Designated Airlines concerned of both Contracting Parties, after consultation, if applicable, with the other airlines.

  • The Tariffs to be charged by the Designated Airlines of the Contract ing Parties for ▇▇▇▇ iage between their Territories shall be subject to the approval of both Parties.

  • Neither Contract ing Party shall give preference, with respect to User Charges, to its own or to any other airline{s) engaged in similar International Air Services and shall not impose or permit to be imposed, on the Designated Airline{s) of the other Contracting Party User Charges higher than those imposed on its own Designated Airline(s) operating similar International Air Services using similar aircraft and associated facilities and services.
