Designated Ancillary Agreements definition

Designated Ancillary Agreements means the Employee Matters Agreement, the Intellectual Property Cross-License Agreements, the Transitional House Marks Trademark License Agreements, the Products Marks Trademark License Agreements, the Regulatory Transfer and Support Agreements and the Regulatory Cross License Agreements.
