Transfer Documents definition

Transfer Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).
Transfer Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.
Transfer Documents means, collectively, the various Contracts and other documents entered into and to be entered into to effect the transfer of Assets and the assumption of Liabilities in the manner contemplated by this Agreement (including as contemplated by the Reorganization Step Plan), or otherwise relating to, arising out of or resulting from the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (other than the Ancillary Agreements), each of which shall be in such form and dated as of such date as Dover shall determine in its sole discretion.

Examples of Transfer Documents in a sentence

  • Pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.1 hereof, the Initial Member may require the Company to prepare and furnish special warranty deeds and other applicable Transfer Documents, for the Initial Member’s approval, to convey the Receiver Acquired Property to the Company.

  • All Transfer Documents shall provide that all recorded documents be returned to the Custodian at its notice address set forth in Section 7.3, as such address might be modified in the manner provided in the Custodial and Paying Agency Agreement.

Transfer Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 1.11.
Transfer Documents means, with respect to any Purchased Asset, all applicable Purchased Asset Documents necessary to transfer all of Seller’s right, title and interest in such Purchased Asset to Buyer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
