Designated Charity definition

Designated Charity means any one or more organizations described in Sections 501(c)(3) and 170(c) of the Code, as may be designated by the Board of Directors from time to time to receive any Charitable Proceeds.

Examples of Designated Charity in a sentence

  • The Designated Charity will receive any proceeds in excess of the amount payable to the Purported Transferee.

  • If such a transfer is made, the interest of the Designated Charity will terminate and proceeds of the sale will be payable to the Purported Transferee and to the Designated Charity.

  • Any dividend or distribution paid prior to the discovery by the Corporation that shares of Series A Preferred Stock have been transferred in violation of subparagraph 8(b) of this Section 8, shall be repaid to the Corporation upon demand and shall be held in trust for the Designated Charity.

  • Enrolled student means a person that has officially registered with the school or school district and is taking part in the educational program.

  • Participating Certified Nurse-Midwife means a Certified Nurse-Midwife who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Designated Employee means an employee who has been designated by the school to receive complaints of hazing, harassment and bullying pursuant to subdivision 16 V.S.A. 570a(a)(7). The designated employees for each school building are identified in Appendix A of this policy.
