Designated Collection Location definition

Designated Collection Location means the place where the Franchisee or an authorized Recycling agent or a Solid Waste Collector has contracted with either the City or a private entity to Collect Solid Waste.
Designated Collection Location means the place where the residential householder or commercial or industrial occupant shall place, and from where the Collector is to collect, Solid Waste and recyclables in containers designated for that purpose.
Designated Collection Location means the place where the Customer shall place, and from where the Contractor is to Collect, Solid Waste in Containers designed for that purpose.

  • If a Customer and Contractor cannot agree upon the Designated Collection Location, City shall make the final determination.

More Definitions of Designated Collection Location

Designated Collection Location means the physical location where the Franchisee is to collect segregated, recyclable materials.
Designated Collection Location means the location specified in the DriveMyCar Rental Agreement for collection of the Vehicle, or any other location as agreed between the Owner and the Renter. Designated Return Location means the location specified in the DriveMyCar Rental Agreement for return of the Vehicle, or any other location as agreed between the Owner and the Renter. DriveMyCar means Drive My Car Rentals Pty Ltd ACN 075 505 494.
Designated Collection Location means a place where an authorized recycling agent has contracted with either the local governing body, commercial, or a private entity to pick up the segregated, recyclable material. This location will customarily be the curbside in single-family residential developments and would be trash enclosures for commercial and industrial developments.
Designated Collection Location means the place where a County-Authorized Service Provider has arranged to receive Segregated Recyclable Materials.
Designated Collection Location means the place where a franchised waste hauler or an authorized recycling entity is to pick up solid waste, segregated recyclable materials, or compostable materials. The location is identified by a franchise agreement between the franchised waste hauler and the County and will customarily be the curbside of a residential neighborhood or the service alley of a commercial or institutional entity.
Designated Collection Location means the place where Customers within the District are authorized to place their Solid Waste, Organic Materials and Recyclable Materials for Collection by Franchisee.

Related to Designated Collection Location

  • Reallocated Collateral Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, Collections of Principal Receivables applied in accordance with subsections 4.12(a) and (b) in an amount not to exceed the product of (a) the Collateral Allocation with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (b) the Investor Percentage with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (c) the amount of Collections of Principal Receivables with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date; provided, however, that such amount shall not exceed the Collateral Interest after giving effect to any Collateral Charge-Offs for such Transfer Date.

  • Distribution Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Designated Location means the agreed physical location identified in the applicable Notification Form at which where the server-based portion of the Application Software resides.

Principal Relocation Payments shall be made of principal allocations comprising the Principal Amount from a Loan Group.

  • Master Servicer Collection Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.02, which shall be denominated "JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee f/b/o holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Xxxxxxx ALT-A Trust 2004-8, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-8 - Master Servicer Collection Account," and which shall be an Eligible Account.

  • User Account means an account under the name of the Customer in relation to the Service subscribed by the Customer.

  • Designated Disbursement Account means the account of the Borrower maintained with the Administrative Agent or its Affiliate and designated in writing to the Administrative Agent as the Borrower’s Designated Disbursement Account (or such other account as the Borrower and the Administrative Agent may otherwise agree).

  • Final Collection Date means the Business Day following the termination of purchases under this Agreement on which all amounts to which the Purchasers shall be entitled in respect of Purchased Receivables and all other amounts owing to the Administrative Agent and the Purchasers hereunder and under the other Purchase Documents are paid in full.

  • Participating Account a separate account investing all or a portion of its assets in the Trust, including the Account.

  • Subservicing Account An account established by a Subservicer in accordance with Section 3.08.

  • Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Master Servicer Remittance Amount With respect to each Master Servicer and each Master Servicer Remittance Date, an amount equal to (a) all amounts on deposit in such Master Servicer’s Collection Account as of 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on such Master Servicer Remittance Date, net of (b) any portion of the amounts described in clause (a) of this definition that represents one or more of the following: (i) collected Monthly Payments with respect to any Mortgage Loan serviced by such Master Servicer that are due on a Due Date following the end of the related Collection Period, (ii) to the extent not covered by clause (i) above, any payments of principal (including Principal Prepayments) and interest, Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds and Liquidation Proceeds Received by the Trust with respect to any Mortgage Loan or REO Property serviced by such Master Servicer after the end of the related Collection Period, (iii) any Prepayment Premiums and/or Yield Maintenance Charges Received by the Trust with respect to any Mortgage Loan or successor REO Mortgage Loan serviced by such Master Servicer with respect thereto after the end of the related Collection Period, (iv) any Excess Liquidation Proceeds, (v) any amounts payable or reimbursable to any Person from such Collection Account pursuant to clauses (ii) through (xxii) of Section 3.05(a), and (vi) any amounts deposited in such Collection Account in error; provided that the Master Servicer Remittance Amount with respect to such Master Servicer for the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs in the same calendar month as the anticipated Final Distribution Date shall be calculated without regard to clauses (b)(i), (b)(ii), (b)(iii) and (b)(iv) of this definition.

  • Certificate Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, the Business Day prior thereto.
