Designated Collection Location definition

Designated Collection Location means the place where the Franchisee or an authorized Recycling agent or a Solid Waste Collector has contracted with either the City or a private entity to Collect Solid Waste.
Designated Collection Location means the place where the residential householder or commercial or industrial occupant shall place, and from where the Collector is to collect, Solid Waste and recyclables in containers designated for that purpose.
Designated Collection Location means the physical location where the Franchisee is to collect segregated, recyclable materials.

  • If a Customer and Contractor cannot agree upon the Designated Collection Location, City shall make the final determination.

  • Contractor shall not be deemed to be in default of this Contract in the event the Service Unit does not timely place for Collection such Residential Municipal Solid Waste Storage Cart in the Designated Collection Location.

  • The Service Unit(s) will contact the Contractor directly to request Residential Recovered Materials Collection Service and shall timely place such Residential Single-stream Recovered Materials at the Designated Collection Location for Collection by the Contractor.

  • Contractor shall not be deemed to be in default of this Contract in the event the Service Unit does not timely place for Collection such White Goods and/or Bulky Waste in the Designated Collection Location in compliance with this section 3.1.3.

  • Subject to section 15 of this Contract, the Contractor shall hold title and ownership of Residential Municipal Solid Waste, Residential Single-stream Recovered Materials, Yard Trimmings, Bulky Waste, and White Goods, once placed in the Designated Collection Location by the Service Unit.

  • For Customers that subscribe to Commercial Organics Collection Service, Contractor shall Collect Organics properly placed in Carts or Bins from the Designated Collection Location upon each Customer's Premises.

  • General Contractor shall Collect all Solid Waste properly placed out for Collection by Cart Collection Customers at the Designated Collection Location not less than once per week using automated collection vehicles.


More Definitions of Designated Collection Location

Designated Collection Location means the place where the Customer shall place, and from where the Contractor is to Collect, Solid Waste in Containers designed for that purpose.
Designated Collection Location means the location specified in the DriveMyCar Rental Agreement for collection of the Vehicle, or any other location as agreed between the Owner and the Renter. Designated Return Location means the location specified in the DriveMyCar Rental Agreement for return of the Vehicle, or any other location as agreed between the Owner and the Renter. DriveMyCar means Drive My Car Rentals Pty Ltd ACN 075 505 494.
Designated Collection Location means a place where an authorized recycling agent has contracted with either the local governing body, commercial, or a private entity to pick up the segregated, recyclable material. This location will customarily be the curbside in single-family residential developments and would be trash enclosures for commercial and industrial developments.
Designated Collection Location means the place where a County-Authorized Service Provider has arranged to receive Segregated Recyclable Materials.
Designated Collection Location means the place where Customers within the District are authorized to place their Solid Waste, Organic Materials and Recyclable Materials for Collection by Franchisee.
Designated Collection Location means the place where a franchised waste hauler or an authorized recycling entity is to pick up solid waste, segregated recyclable materials, or compostable materials. The location is identified by a franchise agreement between the franchised waste hauler and the County and will customarily be the curbside of a residential neighborhood or the service alley of a commercial or institutional entity.

Related to Designated Collection Location

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Interest Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • User Account means an account under the name of the Customer in relation to the Service subscribed by the Customer.

  • Designated Disbursement Account means the account of the Borrower maintained with the Administrative Agent or its Affiliate and designated in writing to the Administrative Agent as the Borrower’s Designated Disbursement Account (or such other account as the Borrower and the Administrative Agent may otherwise agree).

  • Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Billing Account is the checking account from which all Service fees will be automatically debited.

  • Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).

  • Principal Collections means Collections of Principal Receivables.

  • Seller Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Virtual Collocation shall have the meaning set forth in Sections 8.1.1.1 and 8.2.2.1.

  • Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, plus (b) the Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 2018-B for such Monthly Period, plus (c) Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date, plus (d) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(b), plus (e) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(d).
