Designated Guarantors definition

Designated Guarantors means any Subsidiary of the Company that at any time has executed and delivered a Guaranty Agreement (or a Supplemental Guaranty) and that has not been released from liability in accordance with the provisions of Section 10.13.
Designated Guarantors means the Guarantors that own real property located in Dominican Republic and Jamaica that consist of Inversions Vilazul S.A.S, Playa Romana Mar B.V., Playa Cana B.V. and Playa Hall Jamaican Resort Limited and any successor entity of such Guarantor that owns the property of such Guarantor as of the date of the Formation Transactions, but only for so long as such entity is a Guarantor hereunder.

Any such designation by the Board of Directors of the Company shall be evidenced to the Trustee by filing with the Trustee a certified copy of the Board resolution giving effect to such designation and an Officers' Certificate certifying that such designation complies with the foregoing conditions. On the Issue Date, the Designated Guarantors shall be Irvine Sports Club, Inc., Green Valley Spectrum Club, Inc. and Agoura Canoga Spectrum Club, Inc., as to which all of the foregoing conditions have been met.
Designated Guarantors means (a) Myton Oilfield Rentals, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, (b) Riverbend Gas Gathering, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, and (c) Gasco Production Company, a Delaware corporation. Effective Date means October 18, 2013.
