Designated Leases definition

Designated Leases the leases identified on Exhibit A hereto.

Examples of Designated Leases in a sentence

• For the avoidance of doubt, (i) all Contracts and Leases not set forth on Schedule 2.7(b) immediately prior to the Closing shall be a Designated Contract or Designated Lease, as applicable, and (ii) all Designated Contracts assumed and assigned to Buyer or its designee pursuant to this Section 2.7(c) shall be Transferred Contracts, and all Designated Leases assumed and assigned to Buyer pursuant to this Section 2.7(c) shall be Assumed Leases.

• A certified copy of this Supplementary Assumption and Assignment Order may be filed with the appropriate Recording Officers to evidence cancellation of any recorded Claims against the Designated Leases recorded prior to the date of this Supplementary Assumption and Assignment Order.

More Definitions of Designated Leases

Designated Leases means (i) that certain Master Lease Agreement dated January 23, 2002 between SMW and Citicorp Vendor Finance, Inc. covering a used 1999 XXXX XX-6 Vertical Machinery Center and (ii) that certain lease with TCF Leasing, Inc. dated February 17, 2002 covering 1-Hwacheon Mega 95.

Designated Leases means that certain Purchase and Master Lease Agreement, dated as of January 13, 1995 among certain lessors referred to therein, MW, Lechmere, Inc. and Credit Lyonnais, Chicago Branch and that certain Purchase and Master Lease Agreement, dated as of March 15, 1995 among certain lessors referred to therein, MW, Lechmere, Inc. and Sumitomo Bank Leasing and Finance, Inc., each as amended or modified.

Designated Leases means that certain Purchase and Master Lease ----------------- Agreement, dated as of January 13, 1995 among certain lessors referred to therein, MW, Lechmere, Inc. and Credit Lyonnais, Chicago Branch and that certain Purchase and Master Lease Agreement, dated as of March 15, 1995 among certain lessors referred to therein, MW, Lechmere, Inc. and Sumitomo Bank Leasing and Finance, Inc., each as amended or modified.

Designated Leases shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2(a) hereof.

Designated Leases shall refer to each of the following: (i) that certain Lease Agreement, dated May 12, 1999, by and between American Tower Systems, L.P., as Lessor, and the Company, as Lessee, for space on a multi-unit broadcasting tower and in the equipment building at the tower site, located on West Tiger Mountain, in or near Issaquah, Washington, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Lease Agreement, dated as of October 2002, by and between American Tower, L.P. (successor to American Tower Systems, L.P.) and African American Broadcasting of Bellevue, Inc., to add space for digital broadcasting equipment; and (ii) that certain Office Building Lease, dated for reference purposes March 31, 2004, by and between Kxxxxx Realty, L.P., as Landlord, and the Company, as Tenant, for space in the Kxxxxx Airport Center/Seatac South Tower with a street address of 1000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, 00000, as amended by that certain Amendment No. 1 to Lease, dated May 16, 2006, extending the term through May 31, 2011, and relocating the Premises to Suite 1103, as further amended by that certain Amendment No. 2 to Lease, dated May 1, 2006, to provide for additional equipment in and about the leased premises.

Designated Leases means the Leased Real Properties located at (i) 1000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Anaheim, California 92806, (ii) Lxxxx 0, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, 979 King’s Road, Island East and (iii) 100 Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx, 000-0000, Xxxxx.
