Designated NRSRO definition

Designated NRSRO means any one of at least four nationally recognized statistical rating organizations, as that term is defined in section 3(a)(62) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78c(a)(62)), that:
Designated NRSRO means a U.S. “nationally recognized rating organization” within the meaning of Section 3(a)(62) of the Exchange Act that is designated as a “Credit Rating Provider” (or other similar designation) by the NAIC.
Designated NRSRO means one or more “nationally recognized statistical rating organizations” within the meaning of Section 3(a)(62) of the Exchange Act that is designated as a “Credit Rating Provider” (or other similar designation) by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
