Examples of Designated Rating Agency in a sentence
Subject to any Trust Document to which the Security Trustee is a party, and subject also to the appointment of a successor Security Trustee as provided in this clause, the Security Trustee may retire at any time upon giving not less than three months' notice (or such shorter period as the parties may agree) in writing to the Chargor, the Manager, the Note Trustee and each Designated Rating Agency without assigning any reason and without being responsible for any costs occasioned by such retirement.
No variation may be made if it will cause the current rating of any bonds issued by the Issuer to be downgraded or withdrawn by any Designated Rating Agency.
Neither the Note Holder nor the OF Manager may assign any of its rights or transfer by novation any of its rights and obligations under this agreement or any Note without the prior written consent of the other parties and a prior written notice of such assignment been given to each Designated Rating Agency.
