Designated Stores definition

Designated Stores means stores that an Employee is directed by OMNA to perform work at as a merchandiser from time to time.

Examples of Designated Stores in a sentence

  • Supplier is responsible for reporting and paying any personal property, use, and ad valorem taxes (“Supplier Taxes”) and any penalties and interest associated with said taxes, assessed by any taxing authority on the merchandise covered by this Agreement located at the Designated Stores.

  • It is understood and agreed that if Sears determines that this Agreement does in fact contravene any such previous agreement then this Agreement shall be automatically terminated as it relates to such Designated Store(s); this Agreement shall otherwise continue and remain in full force and effect.

  • Sears shall provide Licensee with a daily change fund and all sales proceeds will be processed on a daily basis through the administrative services office in the Designated Stores.

  • The parties recognize that, because of the many factors involved, a requirement that Sears give notice to Licensee of the Designated Stores closing prior to a public announcement is not possible.

  • Sears may from time to time require Licensee to, and Licensee shall at its expense, remodel the Licensed Departments with new and/or updated furniture, fixtures and equipment to maintain an appropriate overall presentation in keeping with Sears presentation standards either in conjunction with a remodelling of Designated Stores, the Licensed Departments or at any other time as may be required.

  • Subject to the Employee complying with OMNA’s reporting requirements (see clause 12 below), if the Employee is required use his or her own vehicle, OMNA will reimburse an Employee at the rate of 52 cents per kilometre travelled in the Employee’s private motor vehicle on the shortest route by road between Designated Stores in which the Employee is required to perform work on a day.

  • In Licensed Departments located in Designated Stores Sears shall at its sole expense monitor, inspect and maintain painted walls, floor coverings and ceiling tiles in good condition and repair to the standard of the Designated Store in which the Licensed Department is located.

Related to Designated Stores

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.

  • Retail tobacco store means a retail store utilized primarily for the sale of tobacco products and accessories and in which the sale of other products is merely incidental.

If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.

  • Centers means the international agricultural and natural resources research centers that are members of the Consortium; and each a “Center”.

  • Non-Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Non-Participating Optometrist means an Optometrist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Cannabis wholesaler means any licensed person or entity that purchases or otherwise obtains, stores, sells or otherwise transfers, and may transport, cannabis items for the purpose of resale or other transfer to either another cannabis wholesaler or to a cannabis retailer, but not to consumers.
