Designated Times definition

Designated Times means those periods commencing 2 (two) hours before the commencement and terminating 1 (one) hour following the conclusion of each of the Relevant Events subject always to the discretion of the Club and compliance with the applicable licensing laws and Ground Regulations;
Designated Times means the times nominated by T20 World Cup 2020 in writing during which you will have access to the Hospitality Area(s);
Designated Times means the times for the Hospitality Package nominated by CA in writing.

Examples of Designated Times in a sentence

  • If ASM resells the Licensed Area(s) during the Designated Times for an amount that is less than the Total Estimated Event Amount, ASM will refund to Licensee, within 30 days following the conclusion of the replacement event, all amounts ASM received from Licensee with respect to the Event except for an amount equal to the difference between the Total Estimated Event Amount and the replacement event total sales price.

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, CA grants the Customer and Guests the right to use and access the Hospitality Facility during the Designated Times in accordance with this agreement for the purpose of watching the Match and the Customer providing hospitality services to Guests.

  • Licensee shall be responsible for the rental rates listed on the Cover Sheet during the Designated Times (the "License Rate( s) ").

  • If Licensee cancels the Event, ASM may, but is under no obligation to, resell the Licensed Area(s) during the Designated Times.

  • If ASM resells the Licensed Area(s) during the Designated Times for an amount that is equal to or exceeds the Total Estimated Event Amount identified on the Cover Page, ASM will refund to Licensee, within 30 days following the conclusion of the replacement event, all amounts ASM received from Licensee with respect to the Event.


More Definitions of Designated Times

Designated Times means the hours beginning one (1) hour before the start of play of the Match and ending half an hour after the conclusion of play of such Match. Guests means the Customer and any person attending the Match as an invitee of the Customer (including, without limitation, the Customer’s employees, agents or contractors). Match means the cricket match, the particulars of which are indicated on the ticket. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Room means the room of the same name located on level 3 of the Riverbank Stand at Adelaide Oval. SACA means the South Australian Cricket Association Limited ABN 44 623 135 393 and where relevant its employees or agents.
