Designated Trades definition

Designated Trades means a trade for specialized work set out in Schedule 1;
Designated Trades means a trade for specialised work set out in the Rules and Procedures under the RSTCS as promulgated by the Construction Industry Council from time to time.
Designated Trades means those trades designated in the Schedule;

Examples of Designated Trades in a sentence

  • The training places shall be reserved on the basis of total number of Apprentice(s) in the Designated Trade(s).

  • The contract terms of LCH EnClear Contracts arising from LCH EnClear Transactions in respect of Designated Trades in ICE Products other than the Initial Products shall be agreed between LCH and ICE from time to time and shall be set out in the Procedures.

  • However, the Master shall at all times endeavour to keep to a minimum the quantity of LNG retained on board following such regasification of LNG or cargo discharge; provided, however, that the Master shall make such determination only after confirming the Vessel’s schedule for the receipt or delivery of LNG under any applicable LNG SPAs and any Designated Trades (as the same may vary from time to time).

  • As on 1st August 2018, there are 261 Designated Trades and 200 + Optional Trades across 37 industry sectors available for apprenticeship training.

  • Optional trade means any trade or occupation,or any subject field of engineering, non-engineering, technology or vocational training foundrelevant by an employer as per their requirements, other than the Designated Trades notified under the Act.

Related to Designated Trades

  • Designated Company means any Subsidiary or Affiliate that has been designated by the Administrator from time to time in its sole discretion as eligible to participate in the Plan. For purposes of the 423 Component, only the Company and its Subsidiaries may be Designated Companies, provided, however that at any given time, a Subsidiary that is a Designated Company under the 423 Component will not be a Designated Company under the Non-423 Component.
