Designated Trust Office definition

Designated Trust Office means the corporate trust office of the Trustee in New York, New York, and any other office of the Trustee receiving notices pursuant to Section 11.05 hereof, and solely for purposes of the presentation of Series 2023-A Notes for payment, transfer or exchange, the corporate trust operations or agency office of the Trustee, initially in New York, New York, or such other additional offices, as may be specified by the Trustee, in writing, to the Issuer and the Servicer.
Designated Trust Office means the corporate trust office of the Paying Agent/Registrar in Dallas, Texas.
