Designated Vehicles definition

Designated Vehicles means such Ford, Lincoln and Mercury badged vehicles produced and sold in North America as may be designated by Ford from time to time during the Exclusive Period, but shall not include Ford badged vehicles produced by Auto Alliance, Inc. for Ford in the United States.
Designated Vehicles means the vehicle supplied and equipped by Redflex for the purpose of mobile, photo, speed enforcement.
Designated Vehicles means a vehicle capable of carrying a passenger seated in a wheelchair as defined by The Equalities Act 2010.

  • Nonroad Vehicle means a vehicle that is powered by a Nonroad Engine, fifty horsepower and greater, and that is not a Motor Vehicle or a vehicle used solely for competition, which shall include, but not be limited to, excavators, backhoes, cranes, compressors, generators, bulldozers and similar equipment, except that this term shall not apply to horticultural maintenance vehicles used for landscaping purposes that are powered by a Nonroad Engine of sixty-five horsepower or less and that are not used in any construction program or project.

  • Motorized Vehicle means a passenger car, station wagon, van, jeep-type automobile, truck, ambulance or any type of motorized vehicle used by municipal, provincial or federal police forces.

  • Used vehicle means a Vehicle other than a New Vehicle.

A commercial motor vehicle transporting an empty storage container tank not designed for transportation with a rated capacity of one thousand gallons or more that is temporarily attached to a flatbed trailer is not considered a tank vehicle.

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.
