Your Application definition

Your Application means an online application that You create using, and that interoperates with, the Developer Services.
Your Application in the PLA shall mean “the Websites”, and all references to “iOS Product” or “Apple Watch” in the PLA shall also include “macOS Product”. For the avoidance of doubt, all references to the termApple Pay Payload” in the PLA shall include any customer data package passed through the Apple Pay Web APIs as part of a payment transaction (e.g., name, email, billing address, shipping address, and device account number), and all references to the term “Intermediary Party” in the PLA shall include Platform Provider.
Your Application means Your application, via the Managing Person’s website, to: (i) become a Member by owning shares in the Society; and (ii) beneficially own Project Xxxxx, by paying the Joining Fee;

Examples of Your Application in a sentence

  • Upon termination, all licenses granted to You by these API Terms immediately terminate and You must (i) destroy all copies of the API Materials, (ii) cause Your Application to stop accessing or using the APIs, and (iii) delete all Application Data.

  • You will be bound by this Client Agreement, the Vivid NL Best Execution Policy any other legal documents listed in the Acceptance Form after we have accepted Your Application.

  • Dell shall have no liability to You for API Materials or any changes to the API Materials, including, but not limited to, any adverse effects on the functionality of Your Application.

  • If You develop an Application while using the API Materials: (a) Your Application must offer substantial and different functionality than the functionality offered by Dell products, software and services (hereinafter called “Dell Offerings”), (b) You shall use reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect any Application Data sent or received using the API, and (c) You shall ensure that Your Application does not make excessive or disruptive use of the API Materials.

  • You (and not Dell) are solely responsible for Your Application, and for any data that Your Application pulls or pushes via the API (“Application Data”).


More Definitions of Your Application

Your Application means your application to us for NetTeller Online Banking, as originally submitted to us or as changed by any updating information submitted to us at any time, whether through NetTeller Online Banking, in writing or in any other way;
Your Application means your application to us for Tioga State Bank Online, as originally submitted to us or as changed by any updating information submitted to us at any time, whether through Tioga State Bank Online, in writing or in any other way;
Your Application means any software application(s), site(s) or other interface that You create, develop, own or operate to interact with the API or read, update or delete certain content from Your Users, including notes, embedded resources, tags, notebooks and saved searches.
Your Application means a software application that You develop which incorporates all or parts of the Licensed Software. The Licensed Software contains certain runtime libraries and files intended for duplication and distribution by Licensee within End User Software Products to the user(s) of the End User Software Product(s) (the "Redistributable Components"). The Redistributable Components are those files specifically designated as being distributable as part of the Licensed Software.
Your Application means any software applications, programs, or other technologies you develop using SDK(s) or API(s), and that (a) are intended to access, function or interoperate with the Document Cloud Services, and (b) add substantial functionality and value beyond the Document Cloud Services alone. For the avoidance of doubt, Your Application may be comprised of a hosted service operated by you that interoperates with the Document Cloud Services.
Your Application means the Applications developed by you or on your behalf using the Developer Services.
Your Application means your OLBS application as submitted to us or as changed by any updating information submitted to us at any time, whether through the Online, in writing or in any other way, (d) "your deposit accounts" means all deposit accounts with us that are designated in your application and are approved by us as deposit accounts accessible through OLBS, (e) “your loan accounts” means all loan accounts with us that are designated in your application and are approved by us as loan accounts accessible through OLBS, (f) "your line of credit account" means your overdraft line of credit, (h) "your identification numbers" means all the customer identification numbers and personal identification numbers assigned to you by us or chosen by you for use with OLBS, (i) “Business Day” is every day except Saturday, Sunday, and Federal holidays and (j) “Site” shall mean our Personal Online Banking website.
