The Services will be provided as set forth in Attachment C: (a) to the Prudential Service Locations, (b) from the Designated Vendor Service Locations and Designated Vendor Data Centers, and (c) from the Additional Vendor Service Locations and/or Additional Vendor data Centers; provided, however, that the provision of Services from an Additional Vendor Service Location and/or Additional Vendor Data Center is subject to Prudential's written approval.
