Detachable container definition

Detachable container means a watertight, all-metal container, not less than one-half ( 1/2) cubic yard in capacity and equipped with a tight-fitting metal or other City-approved cover. The term shall also apply to containers of other material of similar size when approved by the Director of Seattle Public Utilities.
