Detained Individual definition

Detained Individual means a member of the public whose freedom is restrained in any significant way by Defendant or any member of Defendant’s Personnel.
Detained Individual means a person confined in a private detention facility.

  • Covered individual means a person or entity who is a member of any of the following classes:
