  • The Parties agree to vary the relevant clause of Determination 11 to increase the non appeal period for temporary promotions to six months.

  • Determination Period means the period from and including a Determination Date in any year to but excluding the next Determination Date; and

  • Determination means the written documentation of a decision of a procurement officer including findings of fact required to support a decision. A determination becomes part of the procurement file to which it pertains.

  • Determination Notice is defined in Section 6.1(b)(i) of the Agreement.

  • Determination Time in relation to a Distribution Date means on or about 11.00am Sydney time 1 Business Day prior to that Distribution Date.

  • Determination of parentage means the establishment of the parent-child relationship by the signing of a valid acknowledgment of paternity under [Article] 3 or adjudication by the court.

  • Eligibility Determination means an approval or denial of eligibility and a renewal or termination of eligibility as set forth in OAR 410-200-0015;¶

  • LIBOR Determination Date With respect to any Interest Accrual Period for the LIBOR Certificates, the second London Business Day preceding the commencement of such Interest Accrual Period.

  • Determination Date With respect to any Distribution Date, the 15th day of the month of such Distribution Date or, if such 15th day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Determination Year means the Plan Year for which testing is being performed, and the “look-back year” means the immediately preceding twelve (12) month period.

  • Administrative merits determination means certain notices or findings of labor law violations issued by an enforcement agency following an investigation. An administrative merits determination may be final or be subject to appeal or further review.   • Reset Determination Date means, in respect of the First Reset Period, the second Business Day prior to the First Reset Date, in respect of the first Subsequent Reset Period, the second Business Day prior to the Second Reset Date and, in respect of each Subsequent Reset Period thereafter, the second Business Day prior to the first day of each such Subsequent Reset Period;

  • Final Determination Date means the following:

  • Expert Determination the process described in Paragraph 6 of Schedule 8.3 (Dispute Resolution Procedure);

  • Distribution Determination Date means, in respect of any Distribution Period, that number of business days prior thereto as is set out in the applicable Pricing Supplement or on the face of the relevant Perpetual Security;

  • Interest Determination Date means, with respect to a Rate of Interest and Interest Accrual Period, the date specified as such hereon or, if none is so specified, (i) the first day of such Interest Accrual Period if the Specified Currency is Sterling or (ii) the day falling two Business Days in London for the Specified Currency prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period if the Specified Currency is neither Sterling nor euro or (iii) the day falling two TARGET Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period if the Specified Currency is euro.

  • Base Rate Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.

  • Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning assigned to it under the definition of Term SOFR Reference Rate.

  • Determination Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange) in Hong Kong, London and New York City;

  • ABR Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.
