Developer Certificate definition

Developer Certificate means the certificate attached hereto as Exhibit D. “District” means the North Reserve - Xxxxx Street Urban Renewal District, an urban renewal district created by the Ordinance pursuant to the Act, as such may be enlarged or reduced from time to time in accordance with the Act.

More Definitions of Developer Certificate

Developer Certificate means the certificate attached hereto as Exhibit E. “Development” has the meaning given to it in the recitals hereof. “Districts” means, collectively, the M-URD and the DBID.
