Developer Event of Default definition

Developer Event of Default has the meaning set forth in Section 7.4.
Developer Event of Default means any event of default by Borrower under the School Unit Purchase Agreement following any required notice to Borrower and following the expiration of any applicable cure periods specified therein.
Developer Event of Default means any event or occurrence defined in Section 9.01 of this Agreement.

Examples of Developer Event of Default in a sentence

  • Any delay beyond 180 days shall be construed as the Developer Event of Default and in such case provisions of Article 16 (Termination) shall apply.

  • Save as otherwise provided in this Agreement, in the event that any of the defaults specified below shall have occurred, and the Developer fails to cure the default within the Cure Period set forth below, or where no Cure Period is specified, then within a Cure Period of 60 (sixty) days, the Developer shall be deemed to be in default of this Agreement (the "Developer Event of Default"), unless the default has occurred solely as a result of any breach of this Agreement by Procurer or due to Force Majeure.

  • At such time as Agency has determined that the Developer Event of Default has been cured, Agency shall reinstate the payments due under the Note as such payments thereafter come due.

  • In the event of a Developer Event of Default after the issuance of the Note; Agency, upon thirty (30) days written notice to Developer (and if in such thirty (30) day period of time Developer has failed to cure), shall have the right to suspend all payments under the Note in the order that such payments come due.


More Definitions of Developer Event of Default

Developer Event of Default means a default in the performance of any obligation or breach of any covenant or agreement of the Developer in this Agreement (other than a covenant or agreement, a default in the performance or breach of which is specifically dealt with elsewhere in this Section), and continuance of such default or breach for a period of 30 days after City has delivered to Developer a written notice specifying such default or breach and requiring it to be remedied; provided, that if such default or breach cannot be fully remedied within such 30-day period, but can reasonably be expected to be fully remedied and the Developer is diligently attempting to remedy such default or breach, such default or breach shall not constitute an event of default if the Developer shall immediately upon receipt of such notice diligently attempt to remedy such default or breach and shall thereafter prosecute and complete the same with due diligence and dispatch.
Developer Event of Default shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.4.1.
