Developer Maintenance Payment definition

Developer Maintenance Payment means a payment that TIDA requires to be made by the Developer to pay for Ongoing Park Maintenance as described in and pursuant to Section 2.7 of the Financing Plan.
Developer Maintenance Payment means the payment made by Developer to pay for Ongoing Park Maintenance, subject to the limitations set forth in Section 2.7(d).

Examples of Developer Maintenance Payment in a sentence

  • Developer shall make the Developer Maintenance Payment by the later of (i) June 30 in the year in which the written request is made by Authority or (ii) thirty (30) days following receipt of the written request from Authority.

  • Authority shall annually calculate the Developer Maintenance Payment at the same time that the Maintenance Budget is completed.

  • Each Developer Maintenance Payment (whether through payments under Section 2.7(f) or through Conditional Maintenance Tax payments under Section 2.7(g)) shall reduce the Maintenance Account Balance by the corresponding amount.

  • Developer’s obligation to pay any Developer Maintenance Payment shall cease when the Maintenance Account Balance is reduced to $0.

  • Developer shall make the Developer Maintenance Payment by the later of (i) September 30 in the year in which the written request is made by Authority or (ii) fifteen (15) days following receipt of the written request from Authority.

  • Authority shall annually calculate the Developer Maintenance Payment immediately following the date that Remainder Taxes, if any, are transferred to the Remainder Taxes Project Accounts pursuant to Section 2.3(j), but before any funds in the Remainder Taxes Project Accounts are transferred to the Ongoing Maintenance Account.

  • If, on the date of calculation, the amount on deposit in the Remainder Taxes Project Accounts for all CFDs equals or exceeds the Estimated Maintenance Costs set forth in the applicable Maintenance Budget, then the Developer Maintenance Payment for such Maintenance Period shall be $0.

Related to Developer Maintenance Payment

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.
